Your medical history will be reviewed by one of our doctors. They are licensed, practicing endocrinologists. They are either American Board Certified in Endocrinology or have post-graduate education from England [MRCP (UK)].

3. What happens after submitting the history?

One of our doctors with extensive experience in diabetes (Endocrinologist) will review the detailed medical history obtained through our web portal and send a personalized management plan. This will include the best treatment option and other alternate options with each option’s pros and cons. All aspects of diabetic care will be addressed. The information is to be shared with your personal physician for optimizing diabetic care.

5. Once I receive the personalized diabetic management plan, can I clarify any doctor’s questions?

Yes, you will be able to communicate two more times with our doctor to clarify any questions.

This website has been designed to help both newly diagnosed and previously diagnosed diabetics. Both Type 1 and people with type 2 diabetes should find useful information to improve all aspects of diabetic care. We have tried to explain various aspects of diabetes in simple layman’s language. The purpose of this website is to educate all people with diabetes to improve and optimize diabetic care.
